GlanzLv offers all kinds of metal - aluminum, stainless steel, copper - wheels, manifolds, throttle bodys, generators, engine lids, gearbox body, motorcycle part - polishing.
For polishing we uses an innovative technology that allows you to buff any shape using special granules which can accesse in places where the hand or with other devices it is not possible. Polishing with granules is much more long lasting than the paste and polishes discs, because granules do not leave traces of polishing direction and scratches where dirt and water gets stuck forming oxidation. The permanence of granule polishing is so long lasting, because the polished surface is so smooth that there is no place where the dirt and water gets stuck.
GlanzLv piedāvā visa veida metāla - alumīnija, nerūsējošā tērauda, kapara, vara - automašīnu disku, kolektoru, droseles, ģenerātoru, motora vāku, kārbas korpusu, motociklu daļu - pulēšanu.
Pulēšanai tiek izmantota inovatīva tehnoloģija kas ļauj pulēt jebkādas formas izmantojot speciālas granulas ar kurām var piekļūt vietās kurās ar roku vai citām ierīcēm nav iespējams. Pulējums ar grunulām ir daudz noturīgāks nekā ar pastu un pulējamām ripām, jo neatstāj pulējuma virziena pēdas un švīkājumus kuros uzkrājas netīrumi un ūdens veidojot oksidāciju. Pulējuma noturīgums ar granulām ir tik noturīgs, jo pulētā virsma ir tik gluda ka tajā nav kur uzkrāties netīrumiem un ūdenim.
Krāsu un laku noņemšanai lietojam krāsas noņemšanas ķīmiju. Šāda metode nesabojā virsmu pirms pulēšanas un neveido nelīdzenu virsmu, kas atvieglo pulēšanas procesu un nesabojā virsmas kontūras.
For paint and varnish removing we use paint remover striping chemistry. This method does not damage the surface before polishing and do not make an uneven surface, what makes the polishing process easyer and does not damage the surface contours.
